The "Bela Vista" opens his doors for you during your seminar. They offer you an unobstructed view on the Tagus River and on the historic quarters from Lisbon.
Your seminar consist of a mix of wonderfull discoveries from the portuguese culture and this permits to feel closer with your colleagues all thanks to team-building activities.
DAY 1 : Check in / Visit / Dinner

Visit to the historic quarters
Dinner at "Rei de Alfama"
Discovery of the quarters Baixa and Alfama
Divided in several groups, you will leave from different strategic points of the city and discover the quarters that hold "the portuguese soul"!
You will parade in the narrow, but charming streets of the quarter Baixa and will find your colleagues in the quarter of Alfama for a break at a "Tasca" where you will taste the local drinks, accompanied by the famous "tremoços" (Small local companion).
Our English-speaking guides will lead you then to discover the most famous monument of the quarter Alfama, The Castle São Jorge, is located upwards and offers you a beautiful view of the Tagus River
The "Rei de Alfama" hosts your evening
Taste a delicious dinner at a place where traditions are mixed with modernism.
The "Rei de Alfama" will seduce you with his variety of gastronomy and his typical spectacle of divers cultural regions.
Sara, fado singer, will bewitch you with her beautiful voice!
DAY 2 : Work / ecologic activities

Lunch in front of the sea
In the end of the working forenoon, you will walk on the coast passing the "marginale", this long route will lead you to the river in direction of the sea. Let you venture to a large portion of fish and fresh shelfish at "Pesca Cascais"... This restaurant is located in front of the sea and gives you a relaxing vacation feeling!
"écolo" activities
In the natural park from Sintra Cascais, situated at northwest from Lisbon, we propose you a new kind of activities, turn to ecology and the protection of the biodiversity. In the program: production of bird's nest, plantation of trees and much more...the whole program is about the protection and the respect for the nature.
DAY 3 : Day of Team-building: objective > Solidarity
Let the generosity deepen that is participating to the restoration of a orphan home
...
A day full of emotions and assistance to the one next to you.
You will prove your talents as a handyman bringing about different handmade works: paint, make shelfs, outside works, garden ... The responsable of the orphan home will divide you in teams according to the talents of eachone!
Then you will take your lunch break in the canteen of the kids...an unique moment that you can share with your colleagues. Recuperated, you will go back to work to end the mission that relied on you in the morning.
In the end of the day, you will make a board to commemorate your passage at the orphan home, Any other praiseworthy way to end your seminar?
DAY 4 : Check out / Departure
